Ground Beef

After eating the stew, lamb chops, beef loin roast, pot roast, etc. I tried just plain simple ground beef. Amazing! Not fatty but full of flavor. In another pa,, I sautéed shredded cabbage with a little red onion in coconut oil. Added a little ginger. What a delightful high protein, low carb meal superfluous😍
