Lamb loin chops

So easy to prepare…just bake 350-375 degrees in oven or toaster over for about 45 minutes depending on thickness & degree of doneness you like. Just salt & pepper & ate every bite! Flavor was mild. No string lamb bite. More like beef light. So different, so wonderful.
